Terms & Conditions
Effective date and last updated: August 9, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of noblewindowsanddoors.com (the “Site”), operated under the Noble Windows & Doors name (“Noble,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Website Purpose
The Site provides general information about windows, doors, related products, installation services, promotions, and ways to contact us. Site content is provided for general informational purposes and may not reflect every product, configuration, price, availability, code requirement, or condition that applies to your property.
Estimate and Service Requests
Submitting a form, calling us, or requesting an appointment does not create a contractor-customer relationship, guarantee an appointment, reserve inventory, or obligate either party to proceed. Any project scope, price, schedule, warranty, financing, payment terms, or other binding service terms will be stated in a separate written estimate, order, contract, manufacturer document, or financing agreement, as applicable. If those documents conflict with this Site, the applicable signed or transaction-specific document controls.
Promotions, Product Information, and Financing
Promotions may be limited in time, geography, product, quantity, availability, or eligibility and may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated. Product images and descriptions are illustrative; colors, finishes, dimensions, and features may vary. Financing is subject to application, credit approval, lender terms, and availability. We may correct errors, update information, or modify or discontinue Site content and promotions as permitted by law.
Communications
When you provide your contact information and request information, you authorize Noble and service providers acting on our behalf to contact you about that request by telephone, email, or text message. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing calls or texts is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP and request help by replying HELP. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity.
- Interfere with the Site’s operation, security, or access controls.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
- Introduce malware, automated scraping that burdens the Site, or other harmful code.
- Impersonate another person or submit false or unauthorized information.
- Copy, modify, distribute, or exploit Site content except as allowed by law or with written permission.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its text, graphics, logos, photographs, designs, software, and other content are owned by Noble or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes related to evaluating our products or services. No other license is granted.
Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, maps, reviews, financing providers, social platforms, and other services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or terms. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms and policies.
Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that Site content is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for a particular project, or that the Site will always operate without interruption. Nothing on the Site is a substitute for an on-site evaluation, product documentation, building requirements, or a written project agreement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noble and its owners, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Our aggregate liability for claims arising solely from use of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not limit rights or remedies provided in a separate signed project agreement.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Noble harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or information you submit without authorization.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute concerning only the Site or these Terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes and Severability
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
